- 1:1 Support: Delivering tailored guidance through in-person meetings, phone calls, or virtual sessions (Teams). Sessions can range from a one-off meeting to regular ongoing support.
- Helping Fathers Access Services: Signposting to relevant services such as housing, employment support, or legal guidance.
- Collaborating with Partner Organisations: Working closely with charities such as Bridge the Gap to help fathers access group activities like cooking classes, co-parenting workshops, or recreational events with their children.
- Liaising with Professionals: Engaging with schools, social workers, and other agencies to support the needs of fathers and their families.
- Flexible Schedule: Supporting up to 5–10 fathers per week, with travel across different boroughs as required
- Ability to build trust and rapport with parents, particularly fathers.
- Understanding of family dynamics and the challenges parents may face.
- Experience providing emotional and practical support to individuals in need.
