I'm currently working with a unique Island Authority who have a position for an experienced Community Support Workers to join their Adults Community Team! This means they will phone interview you ASAP for a quick start!
For an experienced Community Support Worker my client is offering a competitive hourly rate of up to £22ph with a full time contract, and opportunity for over time OUTSIDE OF IR35, meaning you can be paid directly into your business bank account.
My client will to employ you over a phone interview so you will have the benefit of not having to expense yourself in terms of time or money. Additionally to this my client offers subsidised accommodation for all social care professionals on the island. Candidates must bring their car on island for this role.
My client also offers the right candidates access a stable 6 month contract that is not subject to the IR35 regulations occurring in the UK. This means you will not be subject to the same restrictions that you would if you are to remain in the mainland. Although, all contractors working with my client will go through their internal Payroll Services.
