My client is a luxury care home provider in the elderly care sector that is growing and has a superb reputation
There is a super basic of £45/50k with OTE £75k plus other super benefits
including the opportunity to develop within a hugely supportive team
You will have :
Track record in sales and marketing, preferably in a care home/retirement living setting.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to present to individuals and groups.
Experience building relationships within a local community.
You will be:-
Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements at this often emotional time with empathy and understanding .
Respond to sales enquiries.
Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
Maintain a contacts database.
