Hostel Support Worker

Location: Lambeth

Pay: £13-16/hr (£18 via umbrella)

Shifts: Early (7:30 am - 3:30 pm), Late (2:30 pm - 10:30 pm), Appointment (9:00 am - 5:00 pm)

Assignment: Minimum 3 months

Join our team in a 50-bed hostel supporting individuals with complex needs like substance misuse, mental health challenges, and criminal justice issues. You'll manage a caseload of 5-10 clients, facilitate group activities, and collaborate with external agencies. Some residents come with dogs, so pet lovers welcome!
