Role: Housing Support Assistant
Job Type: Temp / Ad hoc shifts
Pay rate: upto £14 / pr hr including holiday pay [PAYE]
Hours: full-time / part-time
Location: West London [Ealing , Hanwell , South Ealing ]
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality housing and support services
- Manage intake, paperwork, and rent processing
- Conduct wellbeing, facilities checks, and emergency evacuations
- Handle incidents, anti-social behaviour, and health & safety tasks
- Offer a listening ear and signpost to relevant support services
Requirements:
- First Aid & Fire Marshal certification
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently & handle emergencies
