Role Overview: As a Housing Support Worker, you will focus on tenancy management to prevent homelessness and promote independent living. Your role will involve providing excellent customer service, offering support to residents with complex housing needs, and guiding them toward permanent accommodation.Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver proactive interventions to support tenancy sustainability and prevent homelessness.
  • Provide a positive image to residents, stakeholders, and external bodies.
  • Manage resident queries efficiently and effectively.
  • Support residents with complex housing needs in a constructive and compassionate manner.
  • Conduct needs and risk assessments and maintain up-to-date support plans.
  • Resolve neighbour disputes and address anti-social behaviour.
