- Managing a caseload of 5-6 service users per week, ensuring clear and accurate record-keeping.
- Supporting clients with housing and welfare benefit claims to maximize rent collection and minimize arrears.
- Addressing maintenance issues in properties and following up as required.
- Working closely with probation services, GPs, mental health teams, and other support agencies.
- Developing and implementing effective support and safety plans, ensuring progress is recorded and reviewed.
- Assisting service users in developing life skills, including domestic tasks and independent living skills.
- Ensuring compliance with tenancy and support agreements, taking appropriate action in cases of non-compliance.
- Experience in tenancy sustainment and housing management.
- Knowledge of welfare benefits and rent collection processes.
- The ability to build effective relationships with external agencies and service users.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep detailed and accurate records.
- A proactive approach to resolving housing-related issues and supporting service users towards independence.
- 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
- 3-month contract, with potential for a temp-to-perm opportunity
- £15.45 per hour (LTD) / £13.17 per hour (PAYE, inclusive of holiday pay)
