You must be a confident and nurturing graduate who has practice working with SEN children and has the drive to easily develop relationships with pupils and teachers. We want to recruit a graduate who has the skills to have a calming nature and attitude, so they can work closely with SEN pupils to help them aim high. You should have the capability to use your empathetic approach to build long lasting relationships with both students and parents.

KS2 Learning Support Assistant: About the Role

At this 2-form entry Primary School, as a KS2 Learning Support Assistant, you will be working on an individual basis with a Year 4 girl who has ASD. The SLT and Head at the school will be on hand to support and guide you whenever required, and you will be carrying out this role inside and outside of the classroom.
