The Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Provide tailored support to students with additional learning needs, helping them access the curriculum effectively.
  • Work closely with teachers to adapt resources and strategies for individual learners.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment to support students' academic and personal growth.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote engagement and progress.
  • Assist in monitoring and recording student progress, contributing to intervention plans where necessary.
