Learning Support Assistant | The Role
- £475-550 per week (inclusive of Holiday Pay) | Paid weekly via PAYE
- Term time work only
- SEN Learning Assistant Support role
- Assisting with delivering inclusive learning by accommodating to the needs of children with EHCPs, including specific needs such as Hearing Loss, SEMH, ASD/ADHD
- Working 1:1 or in small groups
- Collaborating with and following guidance of the SENDCo and SEN professionals to aid the holistic development of pupils
- Guaranteeing a safe and equitable environment for all children

What do I need to become a Learning Support Assistant?

- Obtained a degree in Psychology/Education (with a specialised knowledge of SEND) from a Top UK University
- Has previous experience and enthusiasm for working with children
- Showcase excellent communication and organisational skills, patience and resilience
- £475-£550 per week (inclusive of Holiday Pay) | Paid weekly via PAYE
- Term Time work only
- Training and support provided from excellent SENDCo and SEN Leadership Team Members
