Horizon Teachers are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to help students reach their full potential in a secondary school based in South East London. As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting students with additional needs whilst working closely with teachers to provide targeted support.

Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students.
  • Experience supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) or disabilities is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the changing needs of students
  • Confident working 1:1 and within small groups.
