You will be working 1:1 with the child as they need extra support with their class work and to create activities to help best support their individual needs. You will also be supporting the rest of the children within the class on a general basis.
This school has great transport links on public transport and parking available close to the school.
The role is to start ASAP on a full-time basis until July 2025, and could potentially continue into the next academic year. This will be a very rewarding role for the right person and will pay up to 550 per week.
What the school are looking for in their Learning Support Assistants:
- Experience supporting children within a Nursery or School setting.
- Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs is very desirable.
- Confident working 1:1 and within small groups of children
- Be able to assist the class teacher with classroom preparation
