Position: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Southwark
Contract Type: Long term and full-time
Pay: £90-£110 per day (Depending on experience)

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and keen to support students with additional learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide academic and emotional support to students with special educational needs (SEN).
- Work closely with teachers to implement tailored learning strategies.
- Create an inclusive and encouraging learning environment.
- Help students develop confidence and independence in their studies.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and SENCO.
- Experience working with children, particularly in a SEN setting, is desirable.
- A caring and patient approach to supporting students.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies.
