Position: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Southwark
Contract Type: Long term and full-time
Pay: £90-£110 per day (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide academic and emotional support to students with special educational needs (SEN).
  • Work closely with teachers to implement tailored learning strategies.
  • Create an inclusive and encouraging learning environment.
  • Help students develop confidence and independence in their studies.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and SENCO.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children, particularly in a SEN setting, is desirable.
  • A caring and patient approach to supporting students.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies.
