Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity to join a Primary school on a long-term basis?

Horizon Teachers are working with a Primary school in Wandsworth, assisting in their search for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team for the full summer term, with potential to extend into the next academic year.

This is a long-term, full-time position and trials will be held from the 22nd of April with an immediate start.

Key Requirements
  • Experience working with children within a Primary or EYFS setting
  • An understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • A genuine passion for early years education
  • Qualifications are not essential for this role, but if you do hold a CACHE Level 3 Qualification, that is a bonus.

Responsibilities
  • Providing a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children
  • Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Monitoring and documenting children's progress
