Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - about the role
As the successfulLearning Support Assistant (LSA), your responsibilities will be;
- Provide tailored support to individual students or small groups, helping them overcome barriers to learning.
- Work closely with class teachers to assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Support children with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring their emotional, social, and academic development.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and progress.
- Help monitor student progress, reporting on their achievements and areas for improvement.
- Assist in preparing resources and maintaining a well-organized learning environment
