Learning Support Assistant | Job Summary
- £475 - £550 per week (Paid weekly via PAYE)
- Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
- Help young people navigate the complicated world of adolescence and use your empathy to make genuine connections that will change lives!
- Gain valuable skills liaising with Mental Health Support Professionals and Senior Teaching Staff!
- Join the school’s CPD programme and gain hugely transferrable leadership & communication skills!
- Role starting immediately until July 2025 - with opportunities to continue beyond!
Our ideal Learning Support Assistant candidate will have:
- A minimum 2:1 degree in a relevant subject from a top 20 UK University
- A grade (or equivalent) at GCSE and A-Level
- Prior experience working with young people in a pastoral capacity!
- Extra-curricular hobbies that can be integrated into school life like music or sports (not essential!)
