Horizon Teachers are currently working with a Primary School in Central London, supporting in their search for a Learning Support Assistant to join their experienced and welcoming SEN team.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will use your initiative to help best support the teacher and children within the class. You will need to be resilient and be able to build relationships with children, showing patience and understanding.

The school is also located a 5-minute walk from a Central London train and tube station.

This will be a very rewarding role for the right person and will pay up to £550 per week.

  • Experience supporting children within a Primary setting.
  • Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs/challenging behaviours is very desirable.
  • Confident working 1:1 and within small groups of children
  • Be able to assist the class teacher with classroom preparation
