Position: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Greenwich
Contract Type: Long term and full-time
Pay: £90-£110 per day (Depending on experience)
Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant looking to make a real impact in students' lives? GSL Education is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Greenwich. Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-on-one and group support to students who need extra assistance.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Encourage positive behaviour and emotional development in students.
- Adapt learning materials to suit students with different learning needs.
- Monitor and report on student progress and classroom engagement.
- Previous experience in a similar support role is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive, adaptable, and patient approach to supporting children.
- A solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices.
