Learning Support Assistant (KS3-KS5) | About the Role:
- Start Date: October
- Contract type: Long term, full-time, temporary contract until July 2025.
- Pay: £95.00 – £105.00 per day (holiday pay included).
Learning Support Assistant (KS3-KS5) | Role Benefits:

Learning Support Assistant (KS3-KS5) | Key Responsibilities:
- Engage 1:1/in small groups with students to help nurture their academic potential.
- Work collaboratively with staff to enhance the learning experience for all students.
- Prioritise the growth and development of specific students through a variety of support strategies.
Learning Support Assistant (KS3-KS5) | Essential Requirements:
- A minimum of a 2:1 Bachelor’s Degree from a UK University, either in Psychology or a subject specialist field (ie Maths).
- Strong A-Levels and GCSEs.
- Experience working with SEND/SEMH students.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a positive rapport with pupils and teachers.
