An Outreach Support Workers role is available to work with victims of domestic violence in various areas of London.
Within this role candidates would be required to provide outreach support visits, accompaniment on trips and day-to-day activities and also to appointments to help manage the service user’s daily life.
Ideally candidates would have experience working as an Outreach support worker for victims of domestic violence
Candidate should have
- Experience in Outreach support
- Dealing with caseloads of service users who have suffered from domestic violence and mental health
- Assisting with mentoring and advise of services they can attend
- Assisting with housing and tenancy
- Assisting with employment and benefits
- Home Visits
- Supporting the service users in their journey to get back in the community and leading an independent life
Working hours: Mon-Fri9am-5pm
You will be working with a supportive team based in Croydon. Its an office based role when not in the community
