Job Role and Responsibilities:
As a Psychology Support Assistant, you will:
- Work one-on-one and in small groups with students who have special educational needs (SEN).
- Support students with emotional and behavioral challenges, helping them develop positive coping strategies.
- Assist with creating a positive learning environment that fosters personal and academic growth.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, SEN coordinators, and external specialists.

Requirements:
- A degree in Psychology or a related field.
