We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic graduates to join our dynamic team of educators. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in a supportive school environment and help you develop essential teaching skills.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Supporting students in the classroom to help them achieve their full potential
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
- Working 1:1 or in small groups to support students with varying needs
- Helping students develop their literacy, language, and comprehension skills
- Providing pastoral support to ensure students feel safe and motivated
- A recent graduate with a degree in English or a related subject
- A passion for teaching and working with young people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn on the job
- The ability to build strong relationships with both students and staff
- Gain valuable experience in a classroom setting
- Receive mentorship and training from experienced educators
