bout the Role

P4 Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Recovery Manager to join a well-respected private care provider. This role involves managing a 7-bed female-only project, supporting young adults within a care home setting. The successful candidate will also contribute to operations in additional homes as the service expands.

This position is ideal for someone with a background in mental health who is adept at creating and managing care plans. While qualifications are not mandatory, a good attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.

Location: West LondonSector: Young Adults (Female) Salary: £30,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)Working Hours: 40 hours per week, including Night shift and shift workWorking Pattern: Monday to Sunday

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing daily operations within the care home, ensuring high-quality care is delivered.
  • Managing and supporting a team of four female support workers and one night shift worker.
  • Developing and maintaining individual care plans tailored to the needs of the residents.
  • Providing direct support to residents, fostering a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Assisting in the development and expansion of the service.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: A mental health background is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong communication and care planning abilities.

  • Driving: A full UK driving license is required.
