Recovery Worker - Hammersmith, Fulham, and WestminsterAs a Recovery Worker in the Dependency and Recovery Services, you will be working within a flexible, multi-disciplinary team, across a cluster of community delivery sites.Recovery Workers will be multi-skilled to provide a range of support/interventions across all complexity levels and be able to work across London, providing flexibility and resilience against changing demand.Some degree of flexibility may be required if out of office work is required, but this is a predominately Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:00 role.This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an organisation that will provide you with all the training and qualifications necessary to advance your career in substance misuse.Responsibilities:路 You will carry a diverse caseload of adult male prison leavers and those on community orders within the Probation services, supporting to implement their action plan and navigate their recovery journey, building trust, and providing support/continuity and signposting. 路 You will be responsible for completing comprehensive assessments, creating a collaborative action plan, delivering structured one to one, group work/virtual sessions, whilst maintaining accurate record keeping throughout.路 You will also deliver services which enhance access to treatment as well as providing additional support and guidance meeting the needs of those people on probation whose substance use disorders often co-occur alongside other mental illnesses and other complex needs.Experience Required:路 Experience of managing caseloads, carrying out assessments, SMART action plans and effective case records路 Knowledge of safeguarding and professional boundaries路 The main thing we are looking for is passionate individuals who are interested in the sector and are keen to learn and developBenefits:路 Training opportunities and career development路 Simply Health Cashback Scheme路 Cycle to Work Scheme路 Crisis Loan Scheme路 Electric Car Scheme路 3 x Wellbeing Days (pro rata'd for part time employees)路 Access to Blue Light Card路 Season Ticket Loan Scheme路 Cycle to work scheme路 25 days (rising to 30 with length of service) Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays路 Contributory Pension Scheme - Employer matched contributions of up to 6% in the first two years' service and up to 9% thereafter路 Death in Service Payment (2x annual salary)路 Critical Illness Insurance (subject to qualifying criteria)
