Resettlement Support WorkerSouthwarkSupported Housing3 Month Contract36 Hours Per Week£18.19 LTD / £15.51 PAYE (inc hol)We are recruiting for a Resettlement Support Worker to join a Housing Association in Southwark, supporting 14 clients across two sites.THE ROLEAs a Resettlement Support Worker, you will provide housing-related support to vulnerable individuals, ensuring they can maintain their tenancies and access essential services.

  • Key working 14 clients across two sites
  • Completing assessments and personalised support plans
  • Liaising with external agencies, including mental health teams, hospitals, and Adult Social Care (ASC)
  • Providing tenancy-related advice and practical support
  • Lone working as required within a structured rota
  • Monitoring client progress and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting individuals to develop independent living skills and access community resources

THE CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate will have experience in a supported housing environment and a strong background in resettlement support.

  • Previous experience in a similar role within supported housing
  • Ability to complete needs assessments and risk management plans
  • Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and housing-related support services
  • Experience liaising with external agencies, including social services and healthcare providers
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

THE CONTRACT

  • This is a 3-month contract, with the potential for a temp-to-perm opportunity.
  • Shift pattern includes: Early shift: 7.30am - 3pm; Late shift: 2pm - 10pm; 9-5 shifts.
  • The pay rate for the role is £18.19 per hour LTD or £15.51 per hour PAYE, inclusive of holiday pay.
