As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will:

Supervise pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs
Provide 1:1 support supporting behaviour and learning
Use creative techniques and methods
Work alongside Teaches and the SENCo
Work with children in a calm and collected manner
Support staff and students by having a high profile within the school, engaging with and fostering strong relationships with pupils and staff alike
