SEMH Support Assistant | Job Summary

  • Work alongside qualified SEND professionals & Specialist Teachers
  • Role paying £400-£500 per week | Paid weekly on PAYE basis
  • First-Class or 2:1 Psychology degree from a Top 20 UK University
  • Experience supporting children with SEN is desirable
  • Inhouse and external training to further develop your skill set
 

SEMH Support Assistant | Job Role
  • Support small groups of students and on a 1:1 to help students build confidence, develop coping strategies, and improve their behaviour.
  • Support students in developing their emotional regulation and social skills
  • Assisting with sensory and behaviour management strategies to create a calm and structured learning environment.
  • Work closely with students with SEMH needs, providing tailored support to meet their individual requirements.
