As a Senior Nurse, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading a specific part of the care home and ensuring the highest level of care.
- Managing the home in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager.
- Reporting on residents' health issues and ensuring their dignity and wellbeing.
- Administering medication and monitoring residents' health.
- Mentoring and supporting colleagues and students.
- Advocating for a person-centred approach to care.
- Recognising and reporting signs of abuse, harm, or neglect.

- Be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.

- Attend safeguarding training and seek appropriate advice when needed.
