Role Overview:

As a Senior Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment consultants by identifying, engaging, and securing high-quality candidates in the health and social care sector. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and our internal database to identify potential candidates.
  • Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial screening interviews, assess candidate suitability, and build strong relationships to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update our candidate database, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment consultants to understand client needs and provide them with high-quality candidate shortlists.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior resourcers, helping to develop their skills and expertise.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in a resourcing or recruitment role, preferably within the health and social care sector.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the health and social care recruitment landscape, including regulatory requirements and sector challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proactive Approach: A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using recruitment software, CRM systems, and online sourcing tools.
