The Targeted Early Help Service is seeking passionate and experienced Senior Family Support Workers to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the continued growth and development of our service, ensuring it meets both local and national expectations.

About the Role:
As a Senior Family Support Worker, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing an integrated model of practice. Working across three localities, you will collaborate closely with partner agencies to provide a seamless Early Help service to families. Your role will involve adopting the 'Team around the Family' approach, ensuring it is reflected in team practices and service delivery.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the service in delivering high-quality Early Help interventions.
  • Embedding practice standards and ensuring adherence to timeframes.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to Family Support Workers.
  • Engaging with children aged 0-19 and understanding their diverse needs.
  • Promoting co-location and integrated working with partner agencies.
