About the Role
As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will:
•Build trusting relationships with individuals to provide emotional and practical support.
•Assist in developing and implementing tailored care plans.
•Promote independence and encourage positive life changes.
•Work collaboratively with other health professionals and family members to ensure holistic care.
•Respond calmly and effectively in challenging situations.
•Document and report on the progress and wellbeing of individuals under your care.
What We’re Looking For
•Essential: A genuine passion for supporting individuals with mental health needs.
•Essential: Strong communication and organizational skills
•Essential: Patience, resilience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
•Essential: Previous experience as a Support Worker
•Essential: Must currently reside in the UK with valid Right to Work. (Please note: We cannot accommodate sponsorship requests or applicants residing outside the UK.)
•Essential: Valid PMVA certificate accredited by BiLD.
•Desirable: Experience in housing or supporting vulnerable adults
