Tezlom are leading agency in Health and Social Care providing staff since 2008. Here at Tezlom we are currently looking for a Support Worker to work with young adults & require support with mental health needs, based in Harrow, Northolt and Pinner

The Ideal Candidate should have

Ability to support a range of people/young adults with different abilities
Be able to provide constant care and support to the young people with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities.
At least 2 years Experience working with Mental Health Needs and learning disabilities in a residential or care home setting
A desire to work with young people who may show signs of challenging behaviour
Commit to working with young Adults who may be at risk
Should be able to do shift Work
Ability to work as part of a team
