Tezlom are leading agency in Health and Social Care providing staff since 2008. Here at Tezlom we are currently looking for a Support Worker to work with young adults & require support with mental health needs, based in Harrow, Northolt and Pinner

The Ideal Candidate should have

  • Ability to support a range of people/young adults with different abilities
  • Be able to provide constant care and support to the young people with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities.
  • At least 2 years Experience working with Mental Health Needs and learning disabilities in a residential or care home setting
  • A desire to work with young people who may show signs of challenging behaviour
  • Commit to working with young Adults who may be at risk
  • Should be able to do shift Work
  • Ability to work as part of a team
