TMO Housing Officer

The North and South Arden TMO was set up in 2005 to manage 749 dwellings on behalf of the London Borough of Hackney Council.

We are looking for a housing officer with a minimum of 3 years experience to provide comprehensive and high-quality housing services within a defined geographical area of Arden Estate. You will be one of two housing officers, primarily responsible for the management of voids and lettings, tenancy management, noise nuisance, and anti-social behaviour. Working within a small team, you will be one of the first points of contact for tenants and leaseholders, community groups, contractors, all external organisations, and the general public. 

To be successful in this exciting position, you will ideally have experience in housing management, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be self-motivated, and be computer literate.
