Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Ability to investigate complex cases and pull evidence packages together to a legal standard, to build partnership action plans to resolve complex issues
- Issuing Community Protection Warnings, Community Protection Notices, Notice of Seeking Possession, and Injunctions (Tenancy Agreement breaches).
- Support ASB complainants throughout the processing of their complaint.
You must have experience or knowledge in:
- Knowledge and understanding of current Housing, ASB & Enforcement Legislation's
- Resolving ASB/Tenancy breach cases within a housing setting
- Full case management of ASB cases, including providing support to victims and taking legal action
