Your Responsibilities as a Behaviour Mentor:

  • Empathy and Understanding: A caring and non-judgemental approach to supporting pupils.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to adapt strategies to meet the individual needs of each child.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Confidence in engaging with pupils, staff, and parents.
