We are seeking two Clinical Managers to lead our counselling team and coordinate therapeutic services. These roles involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive support to survivors of violence.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with managerial experience and a professional qualification in Counselling or Psychotherapy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a clinical team, ensuring high standards of care.
  • Coordinate therapeutic services, maintaining a trauma-informed approach.
  • Provide practical guidance, support, and supervision to team members.
  • Oversee risk assessment, safeguarding, and compliance with sector standards.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and evolving work environment.

Essential Criteria:

  • Professional qualification in Counselling or Psychotherapy.
  • Accreditation with BACP, UKCP, HCP, or BPS.
  • Diploma-level qualification in Clinical Supervision.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience leading a clinical team.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage complex workloads.
  • In-depth knowledge of safeguarding and trauma-informed interventions.
  • Commitment to supporting those affected by gendered violence.
