My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Disability & Wellbeing Officer on a Contract basis.

The post holder will support employee wellbeing and coordinate workplace adjustments expediently in compliance with their legal responsibility.

  • Salary: £28++ per hour, inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

  • Actively network with internal key
  • Oversee annual programme of events to raise awareness of disability and long-term health conditions.
  • Promote the Councils CARE values and an inclusive workplace culture, sharing expertise, good practice and relevant knowledge, skills and experience.
  • Lead on individual case management, including investigating and resolving complex cases at the earliest point, preventing escalation of need/s and learning from internal and external cases.

About you:You will have the following experiences:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role.
  • Experience of leading a project, monitoring actions, evidencing clear outcomes and communicating progress to key
  • Ability to research and provide reliable information and advice to services to improve and promote disability awareness across the
  • Local Authority experience is essential
