- Supporting the housing needs of our young people making their transition into adulthood.
- Supporting our young people in meeting their educational potential and engagement in education, employment and training.

- To ensure or young people wishes, and feeling are at the centre of all practice and that their views help to shape interventions and practice. Which is recorded within their Pathway Plan.
- To ensure that accurate records are maintained which reflets decision making.
- Support the team and young people through the duty service and social groups.
