  • Collaborate seamlessly with partner agencies to deliver a coordinated safeguarding response.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and make informed decisions regarding threshold levels for intervention.
  • Provide clear and concise reports to inform decision-making and case management.
  •  Participate in MASH strategy meetings, contributing to multi-agency discussions.
  • Ensure all safeguarding concerns comply with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records on case management systems.
  • Engage with families as needed to gather information and offer support or referrals to services.
