About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our specialist team focused on parenting capacity assessments and delivering expert parenting programmes. Your work will directly impact children and families by ensuring their safety and promoting well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct court-directed parenting assessments within set timeframes.
  • Collaborate with parents, children, and professionals to develop effective care plans.
  • Prepare court statements and provide expert evidence as required.
  • Lead and deliver parenting programmes and direct support to families.
  • Carry out specialist assessments, including PAMs and sibling assessments (Together or Apart).
About You

You'll bring experience working with vulnerable children, young people, and families, alongside a solid understanding of psychodynamic frameworks. Your ability to conduct robust parenting assessments, lead interventions, and collaborate with agencies will ensure you deliver the best outcomes for families.
