Are you passionate about supporting young people in overcoming challenges and achieving their potential? We're seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our secondary school in Tower Hamlets.

About the Role:As a Behaviour Mentor, you'll play a key role in promoting positive behavior and supporting students in need of guidance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and supporting students in the exclusion room, helping them reflect on their behavior and re-engage with learning.
  • Carrying out on-call duties to assist with behavioral issues across the school.
  • Building positive relationships with students, encouraging them to meet school expectations.
  • Collaborating with staff to implement strategies that promote the school's ethos and behavioral standards.
