Remedy Education is working with a welcoming and forward-thinking SEMH school in Redbridge, seeking dedicated Behaviour Mentors to support students across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. This role involves working with children who have Special Educational Needs (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.
About the Role
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will provide tailored support to students with a range of additional needs, including:
- SEND Needs: Autism, ADHD, Down's Syndrome, and Moderate Learning Difficulties
- SEMH Needs: Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma
You will assist in classrooms, implement behaviour strategies, and support students in developing their social and emotional skills. The school has a strong and supportive leadership team, offers regular training, and fosters a positive and inclusive learning environment.
