The Opportunity:Are you ready to make a difference in a vibrant and dynamic primary school setting? Long Term Futures is seeking an experienced and proactive Primary Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming school in Lambeth, SW2 (Brixton). This role focuses on providing 1:1 support and mentoring to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Your Role in the School:

  • Provide consistent and tailored 1:1 mentoring to students with SEN, addressing behavioural and emotional challenges
  • Work closely with teaching staff to implement personalised learning and behaviour strategies
  • Actively promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment that celebrates progress and positive behaviour
  • Support the planning and delivery of activities and initiatives aimed at fostering personal and social growth
