About the Role

As a Social Worker in our Disabled Children Service, you will:?? Deliver a high-quality and responsive social work service, assessing the needs of disabled children.?? Develop creative and innovative support plans tailored to each child and family.?? Work closely with our Preparing for Adulthood Service to ensure smooth transitions.?? Collaborate with voluntary and statutory agencies to ensure comprehensive care.?? Champion best practices in safeguarding and child protection while ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and guidance.
