Our client are specialists in fully supported hard metal roofing, facades, SFS, Rainscreen cladding systems and flat roofing for all types of projects.
Due to the ongoing success, our client now requires a Senior Site Manager who has roofing and cladding experience to join their dynamic and experienced team. In this role you will be expected to oversee site operations, enforce health and safety protocols, manage quality control, manage progressive handovers of installation, negotiate, solve problems when they occur and manage record keeping for all contract related correspondence and documentation.
What's in it for you?
- Salary - 50,000 - 70,000 (depending on experience).
- Working hours - Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays.

Site Manager (Roofing & Cladding) - Position Overview
- Oversee the daily operations across multiple sites (sites are mainly in London and surrounding counties).
- Enforce and execute health and safety protocols on site.
- Manage quality control and progressive handovers of installation.
- Participate in progress meetings.
- Manage record keeping for all contract related correspondence and documentation.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Possess excellent verbal communication skills.
Site Manager (Roofing & Cladding) - Position Requirements
- Experienced within the Construction industry.
- Experience in cladding installation is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong health and safety management capabilities.
- A minimum of SSSTS certification is required.
- SMSTS certification is preferred but not essential.
- Must possess a valid UK driver's license.
- Efficient and effective communication skills.
- Must be computer literate.
