Proactive Global currently is looking for a Service Planner & Administrator to join one of our customers based in Chiswick.
This is a permanent opportunity and full time office role.
MAIN DUTIES
Planning and raising permits for site work including attendance at regular client planning
meetings
Coordinating and issuing reports via Maximo maintenance management software - including
reporting against KPIs
Actively involved in the Companies H&S and Quality Systems
Managing the use of our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Scheduling meetings and writing minutes
ABOUT YOU
Experience of being a Service Planner / Administrator in a railway or other regulated
environment
Good IT skills and proficient across MS Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint
Highly organised with strong coordination and communication skills
The ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
