My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented ASC & Learning Disabilities Project Manager on a Contract basis.

This role will be responsible for producing a full business case for an expanded and integrated Learning Disabilities offer for the Council.

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

  • The work will take forward work done to date in reviewing the issues and options affecting the Inclusion Centre offer so that a fully costed business case can be presented for decision to the People Committee in March 2025.
  • The business case will need to present a clear financial case for change, taking into account both savings already identified elsewhere (from within the Adult Social Care Transformation Programme)
  • This will also account for other interdependencies (including the insourcing of an LATC providing homelessness and housing services in December and future location of the Shared Lives and LD floating support services).

About you:You will have the following experiences:

  • Experience of having delivered change / projects in Learning Disability services.
  • Extensive project management experience.
  • Excellent Business Case writing and presentation skills.
  • Local Government experience is essential for this role.

What's on offer:

  • Salary: £450+ per day, inside IR35.
