  • Managing homelessness prevention, supported housing, and temporary accommodation

  • Representing the organization in relationships with contractors and stakeholders

  • Developing positive relationships with stakeholders to improve services

  • Promoting a commercial approach to asset management and value for money

  • Coaching and mentoring staff, recruiting, and nurturing talent
