Daytime Healthcare are assisting a national Supported Living orgaisation who are seeking an Assistant Service Manager to join the team in their supported living service in Haringey.

This Supported Living home has four adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, high levels of behaviours that challenge and mental health.

You will have the amazing opportunity to make a wonderful impact on people’s lives by supporting the service manager to build and lead a great team, receiving full support from the beginning of your journey with us.

Our ideal Assistant Service Manager looks like this!

  • Work with your Service Manager to manage and lead a successful and positive team.
  • Understands the balance between keeping people safe and promote positive risk taking.
  • Have a good understanding of the social care sector and how it benefits and impacts the people we support.

We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role within social care e.g. Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Supervisor, Team Leader etc. This role would also suit a Senior Support Worker who is looking for a new opportunity.

Driver with full UK valid driving licence is preferable.
