Benefits Service Delivery Analyst

6 - 12-month Contract - potential for extension or permanency

450 - 530 per day - Umbrella (DOE)

Hybrid work model: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Support benefits delivery for employees in France, including enrolment, reconciliation of vendor invoices and lists, and handling cancellations.
    * Serve as the first point of escalation for individual issues and queries, working with vendors and other HR teams, such as HR Generalists, Payroll, and Service Delivery.
    * Governance: Update and maintain Benefits Standard Operating Procedures (enrolment, claims, controls, etc.), and assist in governance processes.
    * Communications: Draft and prepare employee communications regarding benefits delivery.
    * Support France Benefits projects by collaborating closely with the Senior Benefits Consultant to design service delivery aspects of new or updated benefit plans and propose process improvements.

  • Experience in a similar role, supporting benefits within the financial services sector.
    * Worked closely with vendors to manage reconciliation, invoices, cancellations, and other benefits-related tasks.
    * Supported benefits delivery to employees in France.
    * Curious, eager to learn, and adaptable to new challenges.
    * Hands-on and solution-focused, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
